Logging into your Control Panel Upon signing-up with Technobd, a detailed mail containing your Control Panel Login details is sent to your Email Address [Username]. Logging-in from the Technobd Store Front 1. Visit http://domain.technobd.com 2. Mention your Username [Email Address] and Password in the Existing Users Login area 3. Select from the Role drop-down menu Customer Login - CustomerReseller Login - Reseller 4. Click Login Logging-in from the Technobd Website For Customers: 1. Visit http://managedomain.technobd.com 2. Mention your Username [Email ID] and Password in the Login area 3. Click on the Login button to continue. Through this interface you can buy new products and services from Technobd. IMPORTANT If you wish to manage your existing orders, you need to click on the My Account link on the top right section of the page, after logging into our website. Logging-in from the Control Panel Login Area 1. Visit the following URL Customer Login - http://domain.technobd.com/customerReseller Login - http://domain.technobd.com/reseller 2. Mention your Username [Email Address] and Password and click on Login. IMPORTANT Error Message: Invalid Email/Password, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended As the error suggests, this message is displayed in either of the following events: The Username [Email Address] that you have typed is inaccurate. You need to ensure that you are typing the Username [Email Address] in the same case as it was entered. e.g., name@yourdomainname.com differs from NAME@yourdomainname.com there are no spaces in the beginning or at the end of the Username The Password that you have entered is not correct. Again this may be because of an error in typing or because you have forgotten the correct Password. In the latter's case, please refer to Recovering a Forgotten Password section below. Your Control Panel access has been disabled by Technobd. Please get in touch with our Technical Support Team at http://support.technobd.com to resolve this issue. Recovering a Forgotten Password In the event that you do not remember your current Password, you can still get access to your Control Panel by generating a Temporary Password. 1. Click on the Forgot Password link from the following URL Customer Login - http://domain.technobd.com/customerReseller Login - http://domain.technobd.com/reseller 2. Enter your Username [Email Address] in the box provided 3. Click on Continue You will soon receive a Temporary Password on your Email Address [Username], that will continue to work for the next 3 days. However, it is strongly advised that you modify your Password as soon as possible, from your Settings interface, within your Control Panel.
Upon signing-up with Technobd, a detailed mail containing your Control Panel Login details is sent to your Email Address [Username].
Logging-in from the Technobd Store Front
1. Visit http://domain.technobd.com
2. Mention your Username [Email Address] and Password in the Existing Users Login area
3. Select from the Role drop-down menu

4. Click Login

For Customers:
1. Visit http://managedomain.technobd.com
2. Mention your Username [Email ID] and Password in the Login area
3. Click on the Login button to continue. Through this interface you can buy new products and services from Technobd.

Recovering a Forgotten Password
In the event that you do not remember your current Password, you can still get access to your Control Panel by generating a Temporary Password.
1. Click on the Forgot Password link from the following URL
2. Enter your Username [Email Address] in the box provided
3. Click on Continue
You will soon receive a Temporary Password on your Email Address [Username], that will continue to work for the next 3 days. However, it is strongly advised that you modify your Password as soon as possible, from your Settings interface, within your Control Panel.
